Good morning! Time to grab that cup of coffee and breakfast because they’re both already ready to go!
This recipe is a huge glimpse into my daily life! I LOOOVVEEE sleep (who doesn’t?!) and after snoozing my 5 alarms I usually run out of time to drink my coffee and orange juice, do my coconut oil swish and eat a good breakfast!
Using hearty and nutritious ingredients such as apple, ground flax, chia seeds, quick oats, peanut butter and almond milk this breakfast will have you full right until the noon hour for lunch time!
As well you can take it to GO! No more rushing in the morning, pack it all about the night before put it in your fridge and all your friends at work will be jealous you have a cooler looking lunch than they do!
The best part about this recipe is of course the PEANUT BUTTER. Based on my previous recipe upload for Peanut Butter Cookies I hope you know by now just how much I love it!
This breakfast is also super well balanced: apple – vitamins, oats – carbs, peanut butter – protein, flax – protein fiber, chia seeds – fiber + magnesium and milk – calcium!
This recipe also wouldn’t be any fun if you couldn’t see it being made! Here’s my step by step tutorial of how I make my breakfast! Please subscribe!
